About Me

Jessica Pride is the Managing Partner of The Pride Law Firm and a nationally recognized sexual assault civil trial lawyer. For more than twenty years, she has served as lead counsel for women, men, and children who have survived sexual assault and abuse—holding perpetrators and the institutions that enabled them accountable through civil litigation.

Jessica is a Co-Founder of the American Association for Justice’s Sexual Assault Litigation Group, helping establish a national platform for attorneys committed to advancing survivor-centered civil justice. She previously served as a standing member of the AAJ Board of Governors for seven years, where she worked to elevate the voices and legal rights of survivors on a national stage.

Her advocacy and leadership have been recognized throughout Southern California. In 2025, Jessica received the Consumer Attorneys of San Diego Advocate of the Year Award, and was named San Diego Magazine’s Rising Woman of the Year.

At The Pride Law Firm, Jessica pioneered a trauma-informed approach to representation. She led the firm in becoming the first law firm in California to employ a full-time Survivor Advocate, ensuring clients receive consistent support and guidance throughout the legal process.

Headquartered in San Diego, Jessica represents survivors throughout California and is available as co-counsel nationwide. Her work is defined by meticulous case-building, trial readiness, and the ability to take on high-stakes defendants—whether individuals, school districts, corporations, or government entities.

In 2024, Jessica served as Liaison Counsel in the Federal Correctional Institution (FCI) Dublin litigation, which resulted in a record-breaking $116 million settlement for survivors. She has also secured one of the largest single-plaintiff settlements in California in a school child molestation case, reflecting her ability to deliver results even in the most complex and hard-fought matters.

Jessica’s commitment to survivors extends beyond litigation. She is the founder of Sirona Healing Center, created to provide survivors and those navigating trauma with support and healing resources. She also previously served as President of the Board of Directors for the Center for Community Solutions—San Diego’s & the country’s third largest domestic violence and rape crisis center—for four years, helping thousands of San Diegans.

Jessica understands the anguish and disruption that follow sexual assault, and she believes it does not have to define a survivor’s life. She encourages survivors to pursue accountability through civil court—not only to seek compensation, but to drive real institutional change and protect others from harm.
